The Quality Assurance Department conducts methodical in-house audits / reviews to ensure that the policies, work systems and procedures reflect current customer & company philosophies and provide every measure to eliminate the occurrence of deficiencies & inaccuracies.
Quality is practiced by all personnel in their daily work activities. Our team of professionals are trained to offer customers a reliable and competitive service, maintaining the high standards demanded by the Company.
In issuing a ‘Certificate of Compliance’, Aviation Spares & Repairs Limited adheres to stringent procedures that fall within the following general areas:
- Verification of Material Traceability
- Inbound Inspection and Quality Control
- Segregation of Goods in Storage
- Outbound Inspection and Quality Control
The company takes every step to ensure that the items supplied conform in all respects with the stipulated governmental and manufacturer’s requirements, specifications, drawings and other applicable documents.
Items are physically and dimensionally inspected in accordance with our quality control procedures and to the best of our knowledge comply with the manufacturer’s standards and are of good material and workmanship.
Where applicable all required process certifications, chemical and physical test reports indicating conformance and traceability are maintained on file subject to examination upon request.
